Shipping Policy for ED Automotive Srl
Delivery times:
Shipping to Italy: approximately 2 working days
Shipping to the rest of Europe: approximately 6 working days.
Shipping costs:
Costs are calculated automatically during checkout, based on the weight, volume of the goods and the destination address.
Shipping Method:
Deliveries are made by express courier. Once the goods have been processed, a tracking number will be sent to monitor the status of the shipment.
Delays and unforeseen events:
In case of delays not attributable to ED Automotive Srl (for example strikes, adverse weather conditions or local holidays), the times indicated may vary. The customer will be promptly informed of any anomalies.
Return Policy for ED Automotive Srl
30-day return period:
The customer can return the purchased product within 30 days from the date of receipt, provided that the reason is incorrect purchase (e.g. incompatible piece, product no longer needed). The return must concern intact products, not installed and complete with all original packaging. The return request must be made via email to shopify@edautostore.com , attaching proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) and indicating the reason for the return.
Returns after 30 days:
If the customer requests a return after 30 days from the delivery date, the following conditions apply:
Shipping costs for returning the product are entirely borne by the customer.
Management costs equal to 10% of the value of the item (calculated on the purchase price indicated on the invoice).
After receiving the return, the refund will be made by deducting 10% of the total as management costs and the amount of transport costs incurred. The refund will be made within 14 working days of receiving the return.
Non-returnable products:
Returns are not accepted for products damaged due to incorrect use, tampering, installations not compliant with the instructions provided or for consumables already opened/consumed.
